1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Claw for All ("the Service"), operated by Claw for All ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Claw for All provides a hosted interface to AI assistant technology powered by OpenClaw ("ClawdBot"). The Service allows users to interact with an AI assistant that can manage tasks, communicate on behalf of users, browse the web, and integrate with third-party services. ClawdBot is an autonomous AI agent that operates based on user instructions and its own interpretation of those instructions.

3. Disclaimer of Liability — AI Actions

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT CLAW FOR ALL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF CLAWDBOT OR THE SERVICE.

ClawdBot is an AI agent that acts autonomously based on user instructions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or appropriateness of any action taken by ClawdBot. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Emails, messages, or any communications sent by ClawdBot on your behalf
  • Scheduling decisions, calendar changes, or appointment modifications
  • Web browsing activities, data extraction, or form submissions
  • Any interactions with third-party services, APIs, or platforms
  • Financial decisions, purchases, or transactions initiated or suggested by ClawdBot
  • Any information, advice, or recommendations provided by ClawdBot
  • Data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access resulting from ClawdBot's actions

You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving all actions taken by ClawdBot. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

4. No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CLAW FOR ALL, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Claw for All, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or any actions taken by ClawdBot on your behalf or at your direction.

7. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • You will not use ClawdBot to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • You will not attempt to circumvent any security measures of the Service
  • You will review and verify any actions taken by ClawdBot before relying on them
  • You are responsible for any third-party credentials or access you provide to the Service

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, Google Calendar, email providers). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services through ClawdBot is subject to those services' own terms and conditions.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We are not liable for any loss of data or access following termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
